An archaeological tour of Lesnes Abbey ruins covering the latest research and understanding of the history of this once great abbey.
Meet at point 3 and Tony will take you around the abbey ruins explaining the most important features and giving you an insight into what they tell us about the history of Lesnes Abbey.
NOTE: There are limited places on this tour and it should be booked through Open House. You might be lucky if you turn up on the day, and if not you can still visit the historical exhibition, buy a guide book and look around the abbey ruins yourself.
