We will elect new committee members and discuss the upcoming Woodland Festival.

After 4 dedicated years as TREASURER, Keith Langley has sadly decided not to stand again for the position and so we are LOOKING FOR A NEW TREASURER. We also have two new roles of Social Secretary and Publicity Manager which the committee temporarily assigned to John Stevens and Peter Carter.

Chris Hawkins will stand again as Chair

Donna Cook will stand again as Secretary

John Stevens will stand as Social Secretary

Peter Carter will stand as Publicity Manager

The TREASURER manages our BANK ACCOUNT and SUM-UP PAYMENT ACCOUNT. They approve expenditure and record it in a ledger in a spreadsheet for auditing and presentation annually at the AGM. The Treasurer is one of the three key management committee roles. See the constitution for more details.
